I admire your life priorities & balance, which I think very few in medicine, let alone surgery, do well.”

Surgical Approach and Recovery

During surgery, Dr. Jarrahy may reshape the nasal bones, refine cartilage, adjust the nasal tip, or reinforce internal structures to maintain support and function. His craniofacial expertise allows him to address even the most complex nasal deformities, including those resulting from trauma, cleft lip and palate, or previous surgery.

Most patients return home the same day as their procedure and can expect swelling, bruising, and mild discomfort for the first week. A splint is typically worn for the first 5–7 days. While significant improvements are visible within weeks, the final shape of the nose may continue to refine over several months. Dr. Jarrahy provides thorough postoperative care, including regular follow-ups to ensure optimal healing and results. His team is committed to patient support throughout the recovery process.
